- Tier One Silver Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on the discovery of silver, gold, copper and base metal deposits in Peru. The company holds a 100% interest in its flagship Curibaya project comprising approximately 17,000 hectares in the southern Peru copper porphyry belt near Tacna, where it targets high-grade epithermal silver-gold mineralization along structural corridors such as Sambalay, Madre, Tipal and Cambaya, as well as underlying porphyry copper systems identified through CSAMT geophysics; additional exploration claims include Hurricane Silver, Emilia, Coastal Batholith and Corisur epithermal. Incorporated in 2020 and headquartered at 1300-997 Seymour Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Tier One Silver operates exclusively in Peru's prolific Toquepala volcanic sequence hosting major deposits like Southern Copper's Cuajone and Toquepala and Anglo American's Quellaveco. Recent activities include the completion of a C$6.5 million oversubscribed non-brokered private placement in September 2025 across two tranches for exploration funding; extension of its community partnership at Curibaya in June 2025 ahead of the next drilling phase; granting of stock options in October 2025; and holding of its annual general meeting in November 2025. The company was formerly known as Tier One Metals Inc. prior to its name change in January 2021 and maintains a technical team with expertise in capital raising, discovery and project monetization.
