Roundhill ETF Trust—Roundhill Treasury Bond WeeklyPay ETF (Cboe BZX: TSYW) is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S. exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide shareholders with weekly cash distributions and calendar-week investment results, before fees and expenses, approximately equal to 120% of the calendar-week total return of the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (Nasdaq: TLT). The fund is a series of Roundhill ETF Trust and invests primarily in total-return swap agreements referencing TLT and, as applicable, shares of TLT; it also invests in short-term U.S. Treasury securities, short-term U.S. Treasury ETFs and money market funds used as collateral for derivative positions. TSYW resets its targeted leveraged exposure at the close of each calendar week and uses a proprietary distribution methodology that incorporates the reference ETF’s recent total return and implied volatility. The fund targets U.S. retail and institutional investors seeking recurring weekly distributions and enhanced exposure to long-duration U.S. Treasury bonds; it does not sell options and offers uncapped leveraged upside and downside relative to its weekly reference-asset performance. The fund’s gross annual expense ratio is 0.99%, its shares principally trade on Cboe BZX, and options on TSYW are available. Roundhill Financial Inc., an SEC-registered investment adviser founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York, serves as investment adviser; Foreside Fund Services LLC serves as distributor. TSYW launched and began trading on November 13, 2025, representing Roundhill Investments’ expansion of its WeeklyPay ETF franchise into fixed income and U.S. Treasury-bond exposure following the rollout of gold-oriented WeeklyPay products in late October 2025. The fund’s weekly distributions are expected but not guaranteed and may include return of capital; its leveraged, swap-based strategy entails market, interest-rate, derivative, counterparty, liquidity and leverage risks, and performance is targeted only over a calendar-week period.
