Listed Funds Trust is a U.S.-domiciled investment trust founded on November 13, 2025, based in the United States, and the sponsor of the 21Shares FTSE Crypto 10 Index ETF (TTOP), a listed exchange-traded fund on NYSE Arca that is managed by 21Shares US LLC and designed to track the FTSE Crypto 10 Select Index. The fund provides diversified exposure to the ten largest crypto assets by market capitalization through a single trade, using a passive indexing approach and, under normal circumstances, investing at least 80% of net assets in securities and financial instruments that provide exposure to those underlying crypto assets; the portfolio may include spot crypto ETPs, crypto ETFs, swap agreements, futures contracts, options contracts, crypto-related company equities, cash, and collateral, and it may use either replication or representative sampling. The index is constructed and maintained by FTSE Russell and is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly in March, June, September, and December, with constituent weights changing over time based on market capitalization. As of March 31, 2026, the principal index constituents included Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, and Cardano. The fund began operations on November 13, 2025, carries a 0.50% management fee and 1.57% total annual fund operating expenses, and may invest through a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary to obtain exposure within U.S. tax constraints. Recent developments include the April 30, 2026 updated prospectus and summary prospectus, the January 1, 2026 compliance officer change at the Trust, and continuing quarterly index rebalancing that can shift the fund’s crypto exposure.
