UOB Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited serves as the fund manager, with Holiday Inns (Thailand) Ltd. as the asset manager, TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited as the trustee, and Thonglor Management Company Limited handling property management alongside Thammasat University.
