- Simplify Short Term Treasury Futures Strategy ETF (TUA) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks total return, before fees and expenses, matching or outperforming the ICE US Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index on a calendar quarter basis. The fund targets the duration of this intermediate-term US Treasury index through an actively managed portfolio primarily invested in 2-Year US Treasury futures contracts, US Treasury bills as collateral, call and put options on US Treasury futures, US government securities, and other ETFs; it rolls Treasury futures quarterly based on open interest to harvest yield curve efficiencies at the short end of the curve. TUA provides capital-efficient exposure to significant intermediate duration with modest capital allocation, serving as a replacement for less efficient intermediate duration holdings, an enhancer of shorter duration portfolio allocations, or a component in risk parity and other innovative strategies. Issued by Simplify Asset Management Inc., founded in 2020 and headquartered in New York, New York, with operational offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, TUA launched on November 14, 2022, and trades on NYSE Arca.
