- iShares Trust – iShares Large Cap Accelerated Outcome ETF is a non-diversified, U.S.-listed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide, for each quarterly outcome period, approximately twice the positive share-price return of the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to approximately offset negative share-price performance of the underlying fund, before applicable fees and expenses. The fund invests principally in shares of the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF and uses exchange-traded FLEX Options referencing that underlying ETF to establish its defined-outcome exposure; it may also hold cash, cash equivalents, money market funds and other instruments used to support its options strategy. Shares trade under the ticker symbol TWOX and are intended for investors seeking capped, leveraged participation in quarterly gains of large-capitalization U.S. equities together with downside mitigation over the applicable outcome period. The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors, an affiliate of BlackRock, Inc., and is organized as a series of iShares Trust, a Delaware statutory trust headquartered at 400 Howard Street, San Francisco, California. iShares Trust was established in 1999, while TWOX commenced operations on January 15, 2025. The fund’s primary market is the United States, with individual shares bought and sold through broker-dealers on the secondary market and creation and redemption activity conducted through authorized participants. Recent operational developments include the commencement of successive quarterly outcome periods and periodic resetting of the fund’s upside cap; for the January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026 outcome period, the fund disclosed an approximate cap of 6.34% before management fees and 6.22% after management fees.
