ETF Opportunities Trust – Tuttle Capital UFO Disclosure ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through investments in U.S.-listed equity securities and equity-related instruments. Trading under the ticker UFOD on Cboe, the Fund invests principally in common stocks, exchange-traded funds and related securities of companies that Tuttle Capital Management LLC, its investment adviser, believes may benefit from government disclosure, confirmation or exploitation of technologies associated with unidentified anomalous phenomena, including potential non-human intelligence-related technologies and programs. Its thematic portfolio targets companies operating in aerospace and defense; advanced energy, including renewable energy, alternative fuels and energy storage; advanced materials and materials science; technology platforms; scientific and defense-related research; and other industries considered potential beneficiaries of technological innovation, government reporting, legislative activity or related research developments. The Fund may concentrate investments by industry or issuer and adjusts portfolio exposures in response to disclosure developments, policy activity and market conditions; it does not seek to track an index. ETF Opportunities Trust, an open-end management investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust in 2019, sponsors the Fund, while Tuttle Capital Management LLC serves as investment adviser and Matthew Tuttle serves as portfolio manager. The Fund is domiciled in the United States, is administered through the ETF Opportunities Trust structure, and is principally associated with Richmond, Virginia. UFOD’s principal offering is publicly traded ETF shares, which are bought and sold throughout the trading day on the secondary market, while creation and redemption activity is conducted in large Creation Units by authorized participants. In a significant recent development, Tuttle Capital Management launched UFOD on February 5, 2026, establishing a thematic ETF focused on companies that may benefit directly or indirectly from UAP- and NHI-related disclosure, research and technology adoption. As of September 8, 2026, the Fund reported approximately $2.88 million in net assets, 120,000 shares outstanding, a 0.99% expense ratio and 61 portfolio holdings.
