In recent major corporate developments, South Korea-based DB Insurance Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of a 75% controlling equity stake in the company, integrating BSH into its international operating network. Under this new ownership structure, BSH has undertaken strategic operational and technological modernizations, focusing on advanced underwriting technology transfer, expanded reinsurance capacity, upgraded corporate governance and risk management systems, and enhanced digital insurance offerings.
