Operating internationally through subsidiaries such as Mseafood Corporation in the United States and key domestic production units including Minh Phu Hau Giang Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company, the group maintains a strategic alliance with Japan-based Mitsui & Co., Ltd., which holds a major equity interest to support supply chain optimization, cold chain logistics, and worldwide distribution. In recent operations, Minh Phu Seafood has expanded the deployment of its proprietary MP Biosecurity circular farming technology across its aquaculture networks to enhance disease resistance, eliminate chemical inputs, and reduce production costs. The group has also broadened its certified sustainable aquaculture footprint, including Aquaculture Stewardship Council, Best Aquaculture Practices, and organic mangrove-shrimp farming programs, while investing in automated processing lines, digital traceability systems, and high-efficiency cold chain facilities across its processing hubs to address evolving international import and environmental standards.
