The company distributes its products to industrial manufacturers and technology clients across Asia, Europe, and North America. In recent corporate developments, Masan High-Tech Materials entered into a strategic agreement to sell 100% of its equity interest in H.C. Starck Holding (Germany) GmbH to Japan-based Mitsubishi Materials Corporation to optimize its asset portfolio, reduce corporate leverage, and refocus capital on upstream mining and refining operations at Nui Phao while securing long-term tungsten supply and offtake arrangements. Additionally, the company maintains a strategic equity investment and commercial partnership with Nyobolt Limited to supply advanced tungsten materials for the commercial deployment of ultra-fast-charging lithium-ion battery technologies.
