Its Mechanical Engineering and Construction division operates a specialized manufacturing and fabrication yard providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracting; structural steel fabrication for industrial and marine structures; manufacturing of pressure vessels, low-temperature tanks, and cryogenic ammonia storage tanks; fabrication of heat exchangers, economizers, and superheaters; manufacturing of alloy and carbon steel piping spools; and skid-mounted modular assembly. Its Marine and Vessel Support Services division delivers offshore support vessel (OSV) chartering; harbor towing and escort tugboat services; vessel mooring and unmooring; commercial diving and underwater hull inspection; marine standby and guard vessel operations; and marine pollution and oil spill response services. Its Operations and Maintenance segment provides planned turnaround, shutdown, and routine plant maintenance; electrical and instrumentation (E&I) testing and commissioning; industrial machinery overhaul and repair; and long-term facility management for refineries, petrochemical plants, and thermal power facilities. In recent developments, PTSC Thanh Hoa has expanded its strategic focus into offshore renewable energy supply chains, participating in electrical and instrumentation commissioning packages for offshore substations supporting the Baltica 2 offshore wind project in Poland in partnership with PTSC M&C. The company has also expanded its domestic energy infrastructure portfolio through key engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, including the expansion of the PETEC Hai Phong petroleum terminal to add 40,000 cubic meters of storage capacity, execution of the STG#3 steam turbine modification and replacement project for the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical complex, and technical fabrication participation in the Block B – O Mon gas pipeline development. Originally established in 2009 and headquartered in Nghi Son, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, the company serves domestic and international energy operators, industrial developers, and maritime shipping enterprises across Vietnam and overseas markets.
