Business
Tin Nghia Corporation is a Vietnam-based diversified conglomerate engaged primarily in industrial park infrastructure development, agricultural commodity processing and export, petroleum trading, logistics and port services, and real estate development. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, the company operates across key industrial hubs in southern Vietnam and serves domestic commercial clients as well as international export markets across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. The company organizes its business operations into five principal segments: Industrial Park Infrastructure, Agricultural Commodities, Petroleum Trading, Logistics and Port Services, and Real Estate and Construction. Through its Industrial Park Infrastructure division, Tin Nghia Corporation develops, leases, and manages major industrial zones, including Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park, An Phuoc Industrial Park, Tan Phu Industrial Park, Bau Xeo Industrial Park, and Dat Do Industrial Park; offering long-term industrial land sub-leases; ready-built and built-to-suit factory rentals; warehouse space; centralized wastewater treatment facilities; clean water supply; and comprehensive industrial zone management services. In its Agricultural Commodities segment, the company processes, trades, and exports agricultural products, specializing in green Robusta and Arabica coffee beans; spray-dried, agglomerated, and freeze-dried instant coffee; roasted and ground coffee blends; black and white pepper; processed cashew nuts; and tapioca starch. The Petroleum Trading segment engages in the wholesale and retail distribution of refined petroleum products, supplying motor gasoline; diesel fuel; industrial fuel oils; lubricants; and liquefied petroleum gas through a regional network of retail service stations and commercial wholesale channels. Through its Logistics and Port Services operations, the company provides inland container depot services via joint ventures including ICD Tan Cang - Tin Nghia; bonded and standard dry warehousing; container handling and storage; multimodal freight forwarding; customs clearance brokerage; and port terminal logistics support. The Real Estate and Construction segment develops residential urban projects, commercial buildings, and infrastructure facilities, while offering civil engineering, project construction, and building material distribution services. In recent developments, Tin Nghia Corporation has undertaken strategic operational and portfolio restructuring to focus resources on its core high-growth pillars of industrial park development, green logistics, and value-added agricultural processing. The company has accelerated infrastructure expansion at Dat Do Industrial Park and implemented sustainable infrastructure initiatives across its operating parks, incorporating rooftop solar energy systems and green utility standards to attract high-tech multinational tenants. In its agricultural operations, the company has expanded its processed instant coffee manufacturing capacity to increase the share of high-margin refined products relative to raw commodity exports. Additionally, Tin Nghia Corporation has strengthened strategic alliances with national logistics and port operators to enhance cargo connectivity between inland depots and deep-water port systems, while systematically divesting non-core asset holdings and restructuring subsidiary operations to optimize capital efficiency and governance.
