In recent corporate developments, the company underwent a major ownership restructuring when institutional shareholder HTB Construction Company Limited divested its entire 24.0% equity stake of nearly 5.2 million shares via negotiated transactions, leading to Board Member Luu Thi Tuyet Mai and affiliated individuals acquiring the shares to establish significant major ownership positions. The company also continues to execute its cash dividend distribution policy, enhance its operational earnings across its core agricultural and leasing divisions, and optimize the commercial management of its strategic land and warehouse holdings across northern Vietnam.
