PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (URBN.JK) is an Indonesia-based property and real estate developer primarily engaged in the development, leasing, and management of transit-oriented development (TOD) projects that integrate residential, office, shopping center, and apartment areas directly with mass transportation facilities; its core offerings include high-rise apartments such as Urban Signature, Tamansari Urban Sky, and Urban Suites, as well as commercial properties like Urban Suites Mall, Gateway Park Mall, Urban Signature Mall, and Urban Sky Mall, alongside mixed-use developments featuring one-stop-living concepts for residential, retail, sports, and entertainment needs. The company operates in the real estate management and development industry, targeting urban customers in Indonesia with a focus on sustainable, accessible living solutions in Greater Jakarta areas including Ciracas, Cakung, Bekasi, Jatiasih, and Kemang. Founded in 1995 as PT Samsung Development and renamed in 2016, PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk maintains its headquarters at Treasury Tower, 19th Floor, District 8 SCBD, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, South Jakarta, and functions as a subsidiary of PT Nusa Wijaya Propertindo with key subsidiaries such as PT Urban Land Development, PT Urban Highrise Development, and PT Urban Jakarta Komersial. In recent developments, the company established two new subsidiaries in July 2024 to support its core operations; partnered with Sintesis Kreasi Bersama for the Pasren Asthana Kemang commercial area launch on a 1,800 square meter site in Kemang, South Jakarta in June 2024; and continued expansions in investment properties including shophouses at Asthana Kemang as reflected in its Q4 2024 financials.
