Value Line Larger Companies Focused Fund (VALLX) is an open-end equity mutual fund that seeks long-term capital growth by investing substantially all of its assets in common stocks of larger, established U.S. companies with market capitalizations generally exceeding $10 billion, employing a proprietary quantitative research process including the Value Line Timeliness™ Ranking System alongside fundamental and quantitative analysis to select 25 to 50 growth-oriented holdings. The fund offers Investor Class shares (VALLX) with a net expense ratio of 1.14% and a minimum initial investment of $1,000, and Institutional Class shares (VLLIX) with a net expense ratio of 0.89% after waivers and a minimum initial investment of $100,000; its portfolio is heavily weighted toward equities (approximately 99.65%), with top sectors including technology (41%), communication services (19%), and consumer cyclical (16%), and leading holdings such as NVIDIA Corp, Meta Platforms Inc Class A, Uber Technologies Inc, Amazon.com Inc, and Netflix Inc.
