The fund employs a full replication strategy, investing all or substantially all of its assets in the stocks comprising the index, held in approximate proportion to their weightings; it focuses primarily on small-cap growth companies across diversified sectors such as technology, healthcare, consumer discretionary, and industrials, with some exposure to mid-cap stocks to moderate volatility.
