Venus Remedies Limited (VENUSREM.NS), an Indian research-driven pharmaceutical company founded in 1989 and headquartered in Panchkula, Haryana, develops, manufactures and markets specialty injectable formulations focused on critical care segments including anti-infectives, oncology, neurology, cardiovascular, pain management and antimicrobial resistance solutions. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of products such as carbapenem antibiotics including Potentox and Tobracef; oncology injectables like Topocan; anti-infectives including Sulbactomax, Cynoplex and Lastinem; pain management options like Pyrogesic infusion and Trois Nanotech Pain Relief Emulsion; neurology treatments such as Neurospark and Liracetam; cardiovascular drugs like Megaparin and Tero; and innovative formulations including Ampucare wound care and R3SET product line encompassing pain relief tablets, herbal detox candies and apple cider vinegar gummies; alongside intravenous fluids like DNS Solution and Isolyte P infusion. Venus Remedies operates three cGMP-compliant manufacturing facilities in India, exports to over 80 countries across emerging and developed markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East with subsidiaries like Venus Pharma GmbH in Germany, and maintains 11 international marketing offices contributing more than 70% of its revenue from exports. Recent developments include an exclusive licensing agreement in February 2025 with Infex Therapeutics to develop and commercialize MET-X, a resistance-bypass treatment for Gram-negative infections paired with meropenem in India; new drug approvals in Vietnam in November 2025 expanding its ASEAN footprint to over 374 marketing authorizations; appointment of Akshansh Chaudhary as President of Venus Army and CTO; renewed GMP certification from Ukraine; joining the United Nations Global Compact; and introduction of a comprehensive family medical insurance policy for employees.
