Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF is an Ireland-domiciled, passive equity exchange-traded fund managed by Vanguard Funds PLC that seeks to track the FTSE Global All Cap Index through physical replication; the fund is designed to provide broad exposure to large-, mid- and small-cap companies across developed and emerging markets, with all dividends reinvested in the accumulation share class. The ETF is listed in USD, GBP and EUR on the London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, Euronext Amsterdam and SIX Swiss Exchange; its inception date is 18 August 2026 and its listing date is 20 August 2026. Vanguard, founded in 1975 and headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, operates globally as one of the world’s largest asset managers and offers a broad range of index funds, ETFs, active funds, fixed income solutions and retirement products through its international UCITS platform. In August 2026, Vanguard expanded its European UCITS ETF lineup by launching the FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF alongside two complementary global equity ETFs, extending its low-cost global equity offering and adding a single-fund solution covering roughly 98% of the investable global equity market.
