Vimian Group AB (publ) Vimian Group AB (publ) operates as a global animal health company focused on improving animal health through science and technology, targeting fast-growing niches in the companion animal sector with products and services across four key segments: Specialty Pharma; MedTech; Veterinary Services; and Diagnostics. The company, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, delivers innovative solutions to over 17,000 veterinary clinics and laboratories in more than 80 markets worldwide, employing approximately 1,200 people and generating annual revenues of around EUR 375 million. In Specialty Pharma, under the Nextmune brand, it provides proprietary diagnostics, prescription and non-prescription treatments for preventive care and chronic conditions in companion animals, with strong positions in allergy testing and vaccines, dermatology, otology, specialised nutrition, and specialty pharmaceuticals including compounded formulations; in MedTech, under the Movora brand and including recent additions like iM3, it offers orthopedic implants, power tools, instruments, sutures, dental equipment, X-ray solutions, consumables, and surgical products such as bone grafts; in Veterinary Services, through the VetFamily platform, it supplies a membership-based community for independent clinics featuring procurement, tech-driven operations like online marketing, education, HR tools, preventive care plans such as VetPlan, and co-owned clinics; and in Diagnostics, under the Indical Bioscience brand, it develops molecular and immunodiagnostic solutions including PCR/ELISA kits, sample preparation systems like IndiMag 2, instruments, and point-of-care tools like Ovacyte for parasite detection, serving both livestock and companion animal markets. Vimian drives growth through organic expansion via innovation, with 82 product launches in 2024 including novel allergy tests and vaccines, extensive veterinary education reaching 40,000 professionals, and cross-selling across 15 markets; it also pursues value-creative acquisitions, completing 57 deals from 2015 to 2024 across Europe, North America, and APAC, with recent milestones including the October 2024 acquisition of iM3 Dental Limited and iM3 Pty Ltd for EUR 84 million to enter veterinary dental as a new MedTech niche with EUR 36 million in revenues, the 2025 acquisition of AllAccem Inc. for its high-margin dental sealant adding USD 9 million in revenues, the acquisition of IMEX for orthopedic implants, settlements in U.S. patent litigation yielding over USD 70 million in compensation related to Veterinary Orthopedic Implants, a SEK 1.6 billion rights issue in 2024 and EUR 150 million bond issuance in 2025 to fund M&A, uplisting to Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market in March 2025, and new long-term financial targets of over EUR 300 million adjusted EBITA by 2030 with leverage below 3x.
