Business
VL E-Governance & IT Solutions Limited operates as a technology company specializing in e-governance services, IT and ITES system integration, B2B trading, and IT and ITES equipment trading. The company serves government and enterprise clients primarily in India, delivering end-to-end solutions including systems integration for various government digital initiatives such as smart card infrastructure, e-governance software applications, and digitization projects. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in India, it functions as a subsidiary of Vakrangee Limited. VL E-Governance is also expanding into new sectors including defense, aerospace, aviation, and satellite technology. Recently, the company has intensified its strategic focus through signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ekansh Concepts as the EPC partner for the Sankalp Industrial Smart City Project, valued at approximately ₹800 crores. Additionally, it acquired a 40% stake in HAL-Edgewood Technologies Private Limited, marking its expansion into the defense and aerospace sectors. The company is exploring new initiatives such as Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN), Aadhaar integration with land records, PM e-Drive EV charging station operations, and solar power projects. VL E-Governance has restructured its leadership by appointing Mr. Parth Solanki as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in October 2025, and it continues to focus on scaling its business operations and enhancing revenue streams through ongoing government projects and diversification into smart city and defense technology solutions.
