- Voyageur Mineral Explorers Corp. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company focusing on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties, primarily base metals and gold, in Northwest Manitoba and Northeast Saskatchewan. The Company owns a portfolio of royalties and exploration stage properties in the Flin Flon greenstone belt, including a net tonnage royalty on a portion of Foran Mining Corporation’s McIlvenna Bay Project (comprising the McIlvenna Bay Deposit and Tesla Zone), a net smelter returns (NSR) royalty on Foran’s Bigstone Deposit, and an NSR royalty on portions of Callinex Mines Inc.’s Pine Bay Project including the Rainbow Deposit. Other key project areas include Big Island Properties, Alberts Lake Properties, Mink Narrows Properties, Gold Rock-North Star Property, and Hanson Lake Mine Area. Founded with a focus on identifying and evaluating high-quality copper-gold-zinc targets, all properties are currently at the exploration stage with no option payments or work commitments to third parties.
In the past two years, Voyageur has undergone significant strategic changes highlighted by its August 2025 definitive agreement to complete a reverse take-over through a business combination with Evolve Strategic Element Royalties Ltd., creating a stronger, diversified emerging copper royalty platform. This transaction includes the consolidation of share capital on a one-for-four basis and aims to leverage a portfolio anchored by royalties on major Canadian copper mines such as Highland Valley Copper and Copper Mountain, alongside exposure to the upcoming McIlvenna Bay project. In 2025, Voyageur and Evolve successfully completed an upsized brokered financing totaling $37.5 million to support the combined entity's growth and expansion strategy. These actions position Voyageur to capitalize on copper market opportunities while diversifying its royalty interests across multiple jurisdictions, operators, and development stages. The company's headquarters are in Canada, and it continues to target strategic expansions in its exploration and royalty portfolio within the country.
