V Ten Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of prospective mineral properties, with a primary focus on its wholly owned Tanami Project in the Tanami District of the Northern Territory, Australia. The Company targets gold; nickel; copper; platinum-group elements (PGEs); and heavy rare earth elements (HREEs). Its principal asset comprises four semi-contiguous granted exploration licences—EL 23848, EL 31402, EL 23874 and EL 23875—covering approximately 1,237 square kilometres in the Tanami Desert, approximately 450 kilometres northwest of Alice Springs and adjacent to Newmont Corporation’s Granites Mine. Recent operational developments include completion of the initial field geochemical soil-sampling program on EL 23848 in September 2026, targeting HREE prospectivity along the margins of the Archean Billabong Complex; commencement of its inaugural Tanami drilling campaign during August 2026, including collaring of the first drill hole; and a July 2026 uplisting of its U.S. trading quotation to the OTCQB Venture Market.
