Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) operates as a construction and project development company focused on residential, commercial, and logistics and industrial properties across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The company develops and constructs rental and tenant-owned apartments; commercial buildings including community service properties; and logistics and industrial facilities under the Logistic Contractor brand, with project development spanning land acquisition to completed, environmentally certified structures such as those meeting Miljöbyggnad, Svanen, Breeam, and Green Building standards. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Borås, Sweden, with offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Jönköping, Helsingborg, and Varberg, it serves public and private clients in expansive Swedish markets and Nordic logistics hubs through subsidiaries including Wästbygg AB, Rekab Entreprenad, and Logistic Contractor; Wästbygg Gruppen lists on Nasdaq Stockholm and remains a subsidiary of M2 Holding AB.
