Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG is an Austria-based real estate investment and development company that focuses on constructing, acquiring, refurbishing, operating, and selling office and hotel properties; it operates through Investment Properties, Hotels, and Development and Services segments, offering rental of office and commercial space, hotel lodging and food and beverage services, tenant adaptations, asset management, and third-party development services including coworking spaces under the Cowork by Memos brand. The company, founded in 1959 and headquartered at Floridsdorfer Hauptstrasse 1 in Vienna, primarily serves corporate, business, and leisure customers in Central and Eastern Europe with key operations in Poland (including office buildings such as Mogilska 35, Mogilska 43, Ogrodowa 8, and Red Tower in Kraków and Łódź), Germany, and Hungary; it lists on the Vienna and Warsaw stock exchanges under ticker WFS.DE/WXF.
