The company offers comprehensive solutions through its key segments including Projects, which encompasses front-end engineering and design (FEED), procurement, construction management (PMC), engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCm), detailed design, start-up, upgrades, and expansions for complex capital investments; Operations, featuring modifications, maintenance, asset management, and production support; Consulting, delivering technical consulting, digital solutions, and decarbonization strategies; and Investment Services. Its offerings further include process technologies such as hydrogen and synthesis gas plants, fired heaters, modular supply solutions, environmental and infrastructure services like remediation and geotechnical engineering, clean energy and renewables, mining and minerals processing, automation and control systems, and low-carbon solutions for oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, chemicals, life sciences, manufacturing, and government clients across more than 60 countries with local offices in major energy and materials hubs. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, Wood serves upstream, midstream, and downstream energy markets as well as industrial and infrastructure applications worldwide.
