Winton Land Limited is a New Zealand-based residential land developer that specializes in integrated and fully master-planned communities in New Zealand and Australia. The company develops, markets, and sells residential properties including land lots, dwellings, townhouses, apartments, and retirement village units through its three reportable segments of Residential Development, Retirement Villages, and Commercial Portfolio; it also provides land and building packages via contracts with specialist builders. Founded in 2017 and headquartered at Level 2, 11 Westhaven Drive, Cracker Bay, Auckland, Winton Land maintains a portfolio of approximately 6,500 residential lots, dwellings, apartment units, and retirement village units across attractive markets, with a national footprint in New Zealand encompassing projects in Auckland and Queenstown regions, and ongoing expansions in Australia.
