- WisdomTree Issuer ICAV - WisdomTree AT1 CoCo Bond UCITS ETF (WISSF) is an open-ended exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the iBoxx Contingent Convertible Liquid Developed Europe AT1 Index. The ETF provides diversified exposure to Additional Tier 1 (AT1) contingent convertible bonds (CoCos) denominated in EUR, USD and GBP, issued by financial institutions from European developed markets that meet liquidity standards, possess credit ratings and satisfy WisdomTree's ESG criteria; it employs a physical optimised replication method and is UCITS compliant with a total expense ratio of 0.39%. The fund targets institutional and retail investors seeking high-yield fixed income opportunities backed by Basel III-compliant bank capital instruments from developed European issuers. As part of the WisdomTree Issuer ICAV umbrella structure, domiciled in Ireland with headquarters at 3 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, the ICAV was originally established on 20 September 2011 as a public limited company and converted to an Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle on 6 May 2020, authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland.
