Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long World Stock Daily ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily performance of the Vanguard Total World Stock Index Fund ETF Shares (NYSE Arca: VT). The fund provides leveraged exposure to a globally diversified equity portfolio spanning developed and emerging markets, sectors, market capitalizations, and growth and value securities. It invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in VT and financial instruments with similar economic characteristics; its investment toolkit includes total-return swaps and other derivatives designed to establish approximately two-times daily exposure to VT. The fund is intended primarily for sophisticated and active investors seeking tactical, short-term leveraged exposure to global equity-market movements, and its daily objective means returns over periods longer than one day may differ materially from twice VT’s cumulative return due to daily rebalancing and compounding.
The ETF is sponsored by Themes ETF Trust and managed by Themes Management Company LLC under the Leverage Shares by Themes brand. It is domiciled in the United States, trades under the ticker WLDU, and commenced operations in March 2026. Its portfolio has included swap agreements referencing VT, collateral and cash-equivalent positions, and related financing arrangements rather than direct ownership of a broad basket of individual global equities.
WLDU represents a recent strategic product expansion for Leverage Shares by Themes. The fund was launched for trading on March 10, 2026 alongside the Leverage Shares 2X Long Corning Daily ETF, expanding the issuer’s U.S. lineup of single-stock and broad-market leveraged ETF products. The launch introduced a 2X daily leveraged vehicle linked to VT’s global-equity exposure and was positioned for traders seeking amplified daily market participation; the newly launched leveraged ETFs were announced with a 0.35% management fee.
