Roundhill WeeklyPay Universe ETF (WPAY) is an exchange-traded fund that provides equal-weighted exposure to the full suite of Roundhill's single-stock WeeklyPay ETFs, which target approximately 120% of the weekly performance of their respective reference stocks while delivering weekly income distributions without capping upside potential; the fund tracks the Solactive Roundhill WeeklyPay Universe Index and rebalances monthly to maintain equal weighting across its underlying holdings. WPAY invests at least 80% of its assets in these component ETFs, focusing on high-profile U.S. equities including those in technology, semiconductors, consumer discretionary, and financial services sectors such as AAPL, NVDA, MSFT, TSLA, AMD, AMZN, GOOGL, META, HOOD, COIN, PLTR, NFLX, ARM, BABA, COST, and UBER; it aims to pay fluctuating weekly distributions to shareholders every Wednesday, though such payments are not guaranteed and may include return of capital. Launched on September 4, 2025, and listed on Cboe BZX, WPAY is issued and managed by Roundhill Investments, an SEC-registered investment advisor founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York, New York. In recent developments, Roundhill Investments expanded its WeeklyPay ETF suite—which WPAY draws from—with the launch of four additional single-stock funds on October 23, 2025, including ARMW (ARM WeeklyPay ETF), BABW (BABA WeeklyPay ETF), COSW (COST WeeklyPay ETF), and UBEW (UBER WeeklyPay ETF), bringing the total to 19 underlying ETFs that WPAY incorporates at its next monthly rebalance; earlier in June 2025, five more were added, further diversifying WPAY's portfolio. The broader WeeklyPay suite surpassed $1 billion in assets under management in October 2025, reflecting strong investor interest in weekly income strategies. WPAY serves income-focused investors seeking diversified, leveraged exposure to prominent U.S. large-cap stocks, primarily concentrated in the information technology sector, through a fund-of-funds structure traded on U.S. exchanges.
