Winton Land Limited operates as a leading residential land developer, concentrating on crafting integrated and comprehensively master-planned communities throughout New Zealand and Australia. The company structures its business across three primary divisions: Residential Development, Retirement Villages, and a Commercial Portfolio. As of June 2025, its substantial portfolio includes approximately 5,750 units, comprising residential lots, dwellings, apartment units, retirement village units, and commercial lots, spread across 12 active master-planned communities. Winton Land Limited, which launched its premium Northbrook retirement living brand in 2018, was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.
