- Investment Managers Series Trust II – Tradr 2X Long WULF Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund launched on October 22, 2025. Operating under the Tradr ETFs brand and advised by AXS Investments LLC, the Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily performance of TeraWulf Inc. common stock (NASDAQ: WULF). The Fund provides leveraged single-stock exposure through a portfolio of total-return swap agreements, exchange-listed call options, including FLEX Options, direct holdings of WULF common shares, and cash-management collateral investments, including U.S. government securities, money market funds, short-term bond ETFs and investment-grade short-term corporate debt securities. Under normal market conditions, it maintains at least 80% exposure to instruments providing two-times leveraged daily exposure to WULF and rebalances its portfolio daily to pursue its investment objective. The Fund is non-diversified and concentrates its investments in the industry associated with its underlying issuer. Shares trade on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker WULX and CUSIP 46092D459; the Fund charges a 1.30% annual management fee and is designed principally for sophisticated, actively monitoring traders rather than long-term buy-and-hold investors. Investment Managers Series Trust II, a registered management investment company organized as a series trust, sponsors the Fund, while AXS Investments LLC serves as investment adviser. The Fund’s principal recent strategic development is its October 2025 launch and exchange listing as part of Tradr’s suite of daily leveraged single-stock ETFs, expanding the platform’s offerings of actively managed products that use swaps, listed options and direct equity positions to deliver targeted daily leveraged exposure.
