Innovator Growth-100 Accelerated ETF – Quarterly (XDQQ) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver twice (2x) the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 (QQQ), up to a predetermined upside cap, with 1:1 downside exposure, over a quarterly outcome period of approximately three months. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of FLEX Flexible Exchange Options referencing QQQ, supplemented by holdings in U.S. stocks, cash equivalents, and short positions in options; it primarily targets growth-oriented large-cap equities in sectors such as technology (approximately 53%), communication services (16%), and consumer cyclical (14%). XDQQ, which trades on the Cboe BZX exchange, resets its outcome period quarterly and can be held indefinitely, serving investors seeking leveraged upside exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Index with defined outcome parameters. Issued by Innovator ETFs Trust and managed by Innovator Capital Management, LLC, the fund was launched on March 31, 2021, and operates within the Trading--Leveraged Equity category with a net expense ratio of 0.79% and total net assets of approximately $39 million as of recent data. Innovator Capital Management, founded in 2017 and headquartered at 109 N. Hale Street, Wheaton, Illinois, specializes in innovative Defined Outcome ETFs, including buffer, accelerated, and power buffer strategies across equities, fixed income, and commodities. The firm, co-founded by industry veterans Bruce Bond and John Southard (former PowerShares executives), manages a suite of over 150 ETFs with roughly $30 billion in assets under management, distributed primarily to financial advisors, institutions, and retail investors in the United States. In a major strategic development announced in late November 2025, Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire Innovator Capital Management for approximately $2 billion, bolstering its asset and wealth management division with Innovator's defined-outcome ETF platform amid growing demand for risk-managed equity exposure. This transaction, expected to enhance Goldman Sachs' ETF offerings following its pivot from consumer banking, represents one of the largest deals in the ETF space recently and underscores Innovator's rapid growth from inception to nearly $30 billion in assets. No significant product launches, funding rounds, or operational reorganizations specific to XDQQ have been reported in the last 1-2 years beyond routine quarterly resets and institutional ownership adjustments.
