(XELAW) provides business process automation solutions, including multi-industry departmental suites for finance and accounting, human capital management, legal management; industry-specific offerings for banking, healthcare, insurance, and public sectors; liquidity solutions, payment technologies and services, data science solutions, hyper automation and work-from-anywhere services, treasury-as-a-service, PCH Global claims management platform, Exela Enterprise Solutions, and XBP platform. Founded in 2017 through the merger of SourceHOV and Novitex and headquartered in Irving, Texas, the company operates in over 50 countries with approximately 13,100 employees across 21 countries, serving more than 4,000 customers including over 60% of the Fortune 100. In July 2025, XBP Europe Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Exela Technologies BPA, LLC, forming XBP Global Holdings, Inc. with combined annual revenue exceeding $900 million, a strengthened balance sheet reducing net debt-to-EBITDA to about 3.5x, enhanced AI-powered workflow solutions, and operations across 19 countries; earlier in January 2025, Exela announced a strategic partnership with Michael Page to expand its Center of Excellence in finance shared services via build-operate-transfer and business process as a service models.
