Corgi U.S. Micro-Cap 2x Daily ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund launched by Corgi Funds and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC. The fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to twice the daily performance of the iShares Micro-Cap ETF, which provides exposure to U.S. micro-capitalization equities. Its principal investment products and services consist of leveraged ETF exposure to the U.S. micro-cap equity market; investment exposure obtained primarily through swap agreements, futures and other financial instruments; daily-reset 2x leveraged exposure designed for short-term trading and tactical portfolio positioning; and creation and redemption of ETF shares for institutional market participants. The fund generally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in financial instruments that collectively provide approximately 200% exposure to U.S. micro-cap equity securities. XIWC is traded in U.S. dollars on Cboe BZX under ticker XIWC, carries a 0.45% expense ratio, and is available through major brokerage platforms to U.S. investors. The fund is domiciled in the United States and targets retail, financial-adviser, institutional and other investors seeking magnified daily exposure to the U.S. micro-cap segment; it is not intended to provide two times the underlying ETF’s return over periods longer than a single trading day due to daily rebalancing and compounding effects. Corgi U.S. Micro-Cap 2x Daily ETF commenced operations on June 3, 2026, representing Corgi Funds’ recent expansion of its leveraged ETF product suite into U.S. micro-cap equities; its launch introduced a 2x daily micro-cap offering alongside the sponsor’s broader lineup of thematic, leveraged, structured-buffer and fixed-income ETFs.
