XPS Pensions Group plc is a leading UK consulting and administration business specializing in the pensions sector; it provides actuarial services, investment consulting, pension scheme administration including payroll, record-keeping, calculations, communications, scheme accounting and scam identification; pension advisory; insurance consulting for life and bulk annuities; and related services such as de-risking projects, data audits, and digital learning via XPSArena. The company operates primarily in the United Kingdom with 15 locations and serves over 1,300 clients including pension schemes, corporate sponsors, trustees, and insurance companies managing more than one million members. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Reading, England, XPS Pensions Group plc, a FTSE 250 constituent listed on the London Stock Exchange under ticker XPS.L, was formerly known as Xafinity plc until 2018 and resulted from the 2017 merger of Xafinity and Punter Southall Consulting. Recent developments include the February 2025 acquisition of Polaris Actuaries and Consultants Limited, which has integrated successfully enabling cross-referrals and new mandates in insurance consulting; transition to administer the John Lewis Partnership Pensions Trust in March 2025; appointment as pensions advisory partner to BT Group plc; launch of the Funding and Investment Strategy Companion for defined benefit pension schemes; and reporting 13% revenue growth to the half-year ended September 30, 2025 driven by regulatory changes, new client wins, and project activity in risk transfer and administration.
