Kurv ETF Trust – Kurv SpaceX Enhanced Income ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund launched on June 16, 2026, and listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. under the ticker XSHP. The Fund seeks to provide current income while maintaining the opportunity for exposure to the share-price performance of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX). It is a series of Kurv ETF Trust, an open-end management investment company headquartered in San Francisco, California, and is advised by Kurv Investment Management LLC, a U.S. asset manager specializing in tax-aware, option-based ETF strategies. The Fund is distributed by Foreside Fund Services LLC, which is not affiliated with Kurv Investment Management. XSHP principally provides investors with SpaceX-linked investment exposure through direct holdings of SpaceX common stock and derivative instruments referencing SpaceX, including exchange-traded and over-the-counter options, FLEX options, forwards, futures, options on futures and swap agreements; synthetic long positions created through purchased calls and written puts; covered-call and, where permitted, uncovered call and put writing; call and put spreads; risk reversals and protective collars; protective puts; and call purchases. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in SpaceX securities or derivatives referencing SpaceX, measured using derivative notional value. Synthetic long exposure may equal up to 200% of net asset value. The Fund uses option-premium strategies to generate income and may make monthly distributions, while its written-call positions can limit participation in SpaceX share-price appreciation above applicable strike prices. The Fund also invests residual assets in fixed-income instruments and preferred securities instruments, including U.S. and non-U.S. bonds, debt securities, exchange-traded products and options linked to fixed-income securities, preferred securities and preferred-security ETPs; it primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated investment-grade debt securities, may allocate up to 20% of total assets to high-yield securities and high-yield ETFs, up to 15% to preferred securities instruments, and may invest in mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, reverse repurchase agreements, when-issued securities, delayed-delivery securities, forward commitments and short sales. XSHP may invest globally, including in U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign issuers and, subject to limits, non-U.S. currency-denominated investments and emerging-market exposures. The Fund is concentrated in the industry or group of industries to which SpaceX is assigned and carries a 0.99% annual management fee. The Fund was initially referred to as the Kurv SpaceX (SPAX) Enhanced Income ETF and was renamed the Kurv SpaceX Enhanced Income ETF ahead of launch. Kurv Investment Management announced the formal launch of XSHP on June 17, 2026, expanding its Single Stock Enhanced Income ETF product suite with a SpaceX-focused income strategy. The launch represents Kurv’s strategic expansion into single-company, options-based ETF products designed to combine targeted exposure to high-profile technology and innovation companies with potential income generated from active options management.
