- Corgi Ex-U.S. Equities 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed leveraged exchange-traded fund series of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the Vanguard Total International Stock ETF (VXUS). The Fund provides leveraged exposure to publicly traded equity securities in developed and emerging markets outside the United States, encompassing large-, mid- and small-capitalization companies across diversified industry sectors. It principally invests in financial instruments, including swaps and futures linked to VXUS, and may hold cash, cash equivalents and short-term U.S. government obligations; it targets aggregate exposure of approximately 200% of the daily performance of the underlying ETF. The Fund resets its leverage daily and is not designed to provide two times the underlying ETF’s cumulative return over periods longer than one day. Corgi Ex-U.S. Equities 2x Daily ETF is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, distributed by Paralel Distributors LLC and custodied by U.S. Bank N.A. The Fund is domiciled in the United States, trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker XW, and carries a 0.45% expense ratio. The Fund was formed and commenced trading in June 2026. Its principal recent strategic development is its launch as Corgi Invest’s 2x daily leveraged international-equities offering, expanding the sponsor’s ETF lineup of thematic, leveraged, structured-buffer and fixed-income investment products.
