Yatra Online Limited, incorporated in 2005 and headquartered in Gurugram, India, operates as one of India's leading online travel agencies and corporate travel services providers, offering a comprehensive platform for booking domestic and international flights, hotels, holiday packages, bus and train tickets, cab services, car rentals, visa processing, and cruises through its website, mobile apps, call centers, and retail lounges; it serves both B2C leisure travelers and B2B corporate clients via a real-time SaaS technology platform with access to over 80,000 domestic hotels across approximately 1,500 cities and more than two million global hotels. The company caters primarily to business and leisure travelers in India and international markets, maintaining relationships with major airlines via GDS providers like Amadeus and Galileo, while providing additional services such as web check-in, self-booking tools for corporates, in-city activities, sightseeing, events, and homestays. In recent developments, Yatra acquired Globe All India Services (Globe Travels) in September 2024 for Rs 128 crore to bolster its corporate and MICE segments, achieving successful integration with synergies in supplier consolidation and cross-selling; it onboarded 148 new corporate clients over the past year adding over Rs 700 crore in annual billing potential, alongside 35 new clients in Q4 FY2025 expanding potential by Rs 1,430 million; leadership transitioned in November 2025 with co-founder Dhruv Shringi moving to Executive Chairman and Siddhartha Gupta appointed as CEO to drive growth in technology and services; the National Company Law Tribunal approved amalgamation of six subsidiaries effective December 1, 2025, streamlining operations; and FY2025 revenue grew 89.9% to INR 7,957 million with profitability achieved at INR 24 million.
