Formerly BeNext-Yumeshin Group Co., it changed its name to Open Up Group Inc. in January 2023 following a 2021 merger between BeNEXT Group Inc. and Yumeshin Holdings Co., Ltd.; in April 2024, it acquired UT Technology Co., Ltd. (renamed Open Up Technology Inc.) and UT Construction Co., Ltd. (renamed Open Up Construction Inc.), while selling BeNEXT Partners Inc. to UT Group Co., Ltd.; in October 2024, it acquired IR Inc. and restructured internal businesses including splits and mergers; and in July 2025, it merged Open Up System Inc. and Arrow Trust Systems Co., Ltd. into Open Up Systems, Inc., alongside announcing an equity buyback completed in 2025.
