Zhejiang Shaoxing RuiFeng Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd delivers a broad spectrum of commercial banking solutions within the People's Republic of China, emphasizing its strong regional presence. The institution provides comprehensive personal financial services, encompassing various deposit options such as flexible, fixed, structured, and notice accounts, alongside certificate of deposit offerings. Individual lending solutions include consumer, business, mortgage, operating, and rapid e-flash loans. Customers also benefit from a suite of wealth management products, including specialized financial instruments, precious metals, mutual funds, insurance policies, and diverse asset management options. Furthermore, the bank issues credit and debit cards, including premium gold, platinum, and VIP-privileged cards, complemented by modern mobile and online banking capabilities. For its corporate clientele, the bank offers extensive financial management services. These comprise a wide array of settlement products like collection and commitment, interbank payment processing, electronic exchanges, bank drafts, local entrusted collections, transfer checks, and promissory notes. The bank also facilitates a robust range of international business operations, including cross-border RMB clearing, domestic guarantees supporting foreign loans, import and export collection and issuance, letter of credit review and negotiation, L/C notifications, international wire transfers, export order financing, foreign currency loans, dual import and export factoring, letter of credit confirmations, import payment services, bill of lading endorsements, delivery guarantees, import bill financing, short-term export credit insurance financing, export invoice financing, forfaiting, export discounts and bills, bundled loans under export letters of credit, false forward letters of credit, loan payments, spot foreign exchange settlement and sale, and foreign currency deposits. Operating with a substantial network across its service areas, the company maintains numerous institutions, including many within Shaoxing's Keqiao and Yuecheng Districts, and Yiwu City. The organization was originally founded in 1987 as the Shaoxing County Credit Union, undergoing a significant restructuring in 2005 to become the Zhejiang Shaoxing County Rural Cooperative Bank, and then transitioning to its current rural commercial bank structure in 2011. Its central operations are based in Shaoxing, China.
