In May 2023, the company changed its name from Merdeka Financial Group Limited to NOIZ Group Limited and its Chinese name from 領智金融集團有限公司 to 聲揚集團有限公司; in 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary NOIZ Brand Limited announced the acquisition of LOOP Space, a Web 3.0 social platform integrating blockchain communities, digital gifting, 3D audio-visual social participation, and AI systems for HK$9 million via consideration shares under general mandate, supplemented by a subscription of shares for working capital to support platform development, user growth to approximately 280,000 registered users, and monetization through advertising, virtual gifting commissions, developer events, and LOOP token sales.
