China Oral Industry Group Holdings Limited China Oral Industry Group Holdings Limited (8406.HK), an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and headquartered in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, principally manufactures and sells inflatable amusement products and related accessories; provides dental clinic services including general dentistry, orthodontics and implantology; sells medical equipment, dental-related products, yarn and polyester; and engages in subcontracting works such as sewing, printing and packaging. The company offers inflatable playgrounds with air blowers, jumping beds, entertainment tents, inflatable ball pools, mini inflatable playgrounds, inflatable tents and other recreational products under the Happyhop, Happyhop Pro and Action Air brands, alongside PVC coatings, PVC laminated oxford and plastic products. Founded in 2003, it operates through three main segments--Inflatable Products Business, Dental Clinic Business, and Yarn and Polyester Business--primarily in the People's Republic of China with sales extending to Europe, Australia, Oceania, North America, rest of Asia, Central and South America, and Africa, targeting consumer discretionary markets in leisure and healthcare. In recent developments, the group completed the acquisition of the entire equity interest in HongKong Taixing Holding Co., Limited and its subsidiaries in January 2024 to enter the yarn and polyester trading business, which contributed 14.6% of total revenue in 2024; acquired Hongkong Eko Holding Co., Limited and subsidiaries in January 2023 to expand dental operations; issued 228 million new shares in January 2025 raising net proceeds of approximately HK$31.72 million for technology research, market expansion and industry chain integration; plans to add three dental medical institutions via new setups and mergers; intends to acquire at least 51% in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Health Care Management for healthcare diversification; invests in Beijing Sanyouli's dental pulp cell biotechnology project; and empowers Shenzhen Herui Health International Management Co., Ltd. with Class II medical qualifications while developing an AI lifecycle management system for periodontitis and dental pulp cell treatments.
