Founded in 1991 and headquartered at 86-88 Coombe Road, New Malden, Surrey, the company operates primarily in the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, the Far East and over 30 countries worldwide, with offices in London, Oldham, Hong Kong, Shenzhen in China and Copenhagen. Its Far East manufacturing and sourcing activities are supported by leased facilities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, while Scandinavian distribution utilizes offices in Copenhagen and a warehouse in Sweden. In recent developments, the company reported full-year results for the period ended 31 August 2024 with turnover increasing to GBP123.4 million and pre-tax profits rising to GBP5.7 million despite challenging market conditions and supply chain disruptions; it increased its share buyback programme to a maximum of GBP3.0 million with an extended expiry to January 2026, having already repurchased shares for GBP1.61 million; additionally, it approved a final dividend of 11.0 pence per share in January 2025, bringing the total for fiscal 2024 to 19.0 pence, and reaffirmed guidance for fiscal 2025 sales and profits at similar levels amid ongoing macroeconomic pressures.
