Business
Asian Alliance International Public Company Limited manufactures and exports a diverse range of pet food and ready-to-eat human food products. Its core product portfolio includes wet and dry pet food for dogs and cats available in various packaging formats such as cans, pouches, and plastic cups; ready-to-eat human food products primarily consisting of tuna, salmon, tilapia, sea bass, mackerel, and shrimp, packed in sealed containers; and by-products from tuna processing including fishmeal, fish extract, and fish oil used for animal feed. The company operates both under its own trademarks and customer trademarks, offering original equipment manufacturing (OEM) services. It has an annual production capacity of approximately 79,500 tons, segmented into 41,000 tons of wet pet food, 17,500 tons of tuna products, and 6,000 tons of fishmeal products. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Mueang Samut Sakhon, Thailand, Asian Alliance International serves a broad geographic market including Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Italy, Germany, and other international markets. It is a subsidiary of Asian Sea Corporation Public Company Limited and operates several subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associated companies across Asia and Europe. Notable recent strategic developments include its transformation into a public company in March 2022, followed by a listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker AAI in November 2022. The company launched a strategic plan called "Level Up AAI!" aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities, expanding product lines to cover all market segments in pet food, and increasing direct marketing efforts. It also established a joint venture in Germany to facilitate European market expansion and entered a joint investment in a dry pet food manufacturing factory in China to boost production capabilities. Recent significant corporate actions include an equity buyback completed in mid-2025 and continuous investments in expanding production capacity and upgrading technology. The company focuses on quality and innovation in both product development and manufacturing processes to maintain international standards and meet increasing global demand for premium pet and ready-to-eat human food products.
