Business
American Century Multisector Income ETF, an actively managed exchange-traded fixed-income fund sponsored by American Century Investment Management, Inc., seeks to provide a high level of current income and total return through an intermediate-duration portfolio primarily invested in investment-grade corporate credit, securitized securities and U.S. government securities. The fund targets a broad core bond allocation with flexibility to pursue incremental income and total-return opportunities across sectors, using fundamental, bottom-up credit analysis and relative-value assessment to adjust exposures as market conditions change. It is organized under American Century ETF Trust, was launched in 2021, and is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. The fund trades on NYSE Arca under ticker ABND and, as of September 14, 2026, had total assets of $265.1 million, 438 holdings, a benchmark of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index, and a monthly distribution schedule. Effective September 14, 2026, the fund was renamed American Century Core Plus Income ETF and its ticker changed from MUSI to ABND; at the same time, the allocation to below-investment-grade securities was capped at 35% and the management fee was reduced to 0.29%. The portfolio may include investment-grade corporate bonds; U.S. government securities; high-yield corporate bonds; asset-backed securities; non-agency CMOs; non-U.S. investment-grade corporate debt; cash and cash equivalents; and derivative instruments used in portfolio management. The fund is designed for investors seeking active fixed-income exposure, income generation and diversification within a core-plus bond framework.
