Invesco BLDRS Developed Markets 100 ADR Index Fund (ADRD) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the BNY Mellon Developed Markets 100 ADR Index. The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets in depositary receipts comprising the capitalization-weighted index, which tracks approximately 100 developed market-based American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) across sectors including consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financials, healthcare, industrials, information technology, materials, telecommunication services, and utilities; it employs a full replication technique and undergoes quarterly rebalancing and reconstitution. Sponsored by Invesco Capital Management LLC, with The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation serving as administrator, custodian, and trustee, and Invesco Distributors Inc. as distributor, the fund targets large-cap equities in developed markets outside the United States. Launched on November 8, 2002, as part of Invesco BLDRS Index Funds Trust and domiciled in the United States, the fund trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker ADRD and maintains assets under management of approximately $30.81 million with a net expense ratio of 0.27%. It provides investors exposure to global ex-U.S. public equity markets through growth and value stocks across diversified market capitalizations in developed regions. Headquartered through its sponsor Invesco Ltd. in Atlanta, Georgia, the fund operates with a focus on developed markets and lists roughly 85 holdings, with significant concentration in its top 10 positions accounting for about 38% of assets. No major strategic changes, such as acquisitions, partnerships, funding rounds, new product launches, or reorganizations specific to the fund, have been reported in the last 1-2 years; it continues standard quarterly operations amid stable assets under management and low average daily volume of around 2,284 shares.
