The company's comprehensive product and service portfolio includes: commercial freight transportation and chartering services for liquefied gas, crude oil, refined petroleum products, and dry bulk commodities; operation and technical management of a diversified commercial maritime fleet comprising Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs), Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), Medium Range (MR) product tankers, and bulk carriers; end-to-end luxury yacht management services, encompassing vessel operations, scheduled maintenance, refit oversight, crewing, safety compliance, and operational advisory for superyacht owners; custom boat and naval shipbuilding, specializing in high-performance interceptors, patrol vessels, and specialized craft manufactured using advanced composite materials; autonomous and unmanned systems development, including the design, engineering, software integration, and manufacturing of Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs); large-scale additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing services for maritime components and vessel fabrication; defense consultancy, tactical training, and through-life asset maintenance; marine equipment wholesale and retail trading, supplying vessel spare parts, navigation and telecommunication electronics, and specialized hardware; and comprehensive marine logistics, covering vessel agency services, technical repair workshops, customs clearance, and maritime provisioning.
The company serves global commercial energy traders, commodity charterers, governmental and defense entities, and private superyacht clients across the United Arab Emirates, the wider Middle East, Europe, Asia, and international maritime corridors. In recent developments, Al Seer Marine has accelerated the expansion of its commercial shipping fleet to 18 vessels, advancing its dual-fuel and alternative-fuel maritime capabilities. Through its ABGC DMCC joint venture with global energy trader BGN, the company completed its dual-fuel VLGC fleet delivery program with the addition of the gas carriers Megrez and Mizar. Expanding this strategic alliance, the company launched ASBI Shipping FZCO in partnership with B International Shipping & Logistics, acquiring two semi-refrigerated liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carriers backed by a multi-year charter agreement. To finance its ongoing fleet growth and infrastructure development, Al Seer Marine secured major credit facilities totaling nearly one billion UAE dirhams from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. In technological innovation, the company continues to deepen its strategic partnership with L3Harris Technologies to advance the production and regional deployment of maritime unmanned systems in the Middle East, while expanding its industrial additive manufacturing capabilities and actively managing its commercial fleet assets to capitalize on strong international shipping markets.
