Rowe Price to deliver global equity, fixed income, and alternative investment solutions to private banking and institutional clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council, following an alliance with European asset manager Amundi to expand regional wealth offerings. In digital transaction banking, the bank executed commercial-scale U.S. dollar transactions using tokenized deposits via Swift's Ledger MVP platform in collaboration with Citi, marking a pioneering digital currency initiative in the Middle East and Africa. Operationally, the bank doubled its industrial financing commitment with the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology to AED 10 billion to support manufacturing and technology enterprises, and integrated its lending systems with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre to automate digital mortgage origination. In sustainable finance, the bank established an AED 100 billion blue finance target to support marine conservation and water security projects, while expanding its cumulative sustainable and transition finance deployment past AED 380 billion toward its 2030 target of AED 500 billion.
