Aegis Logistics Limited operates as India's leading integrated oil, gas, and chemical logistics company and one of the top private LPG importers and handlers; it owns and manages a network of state-of-the-art liquid and gas terminals across major Indian ports including Mumbai, Haldia, Pipavav, Kandla, Mangalore, and Kochi with total storage capacity of approximately 1,570,000 KL for chemicals, petroleum products, and oils alongside 114,000 MT static capacity for LPG; core offerings encompass terminalling for bulk liquids such as hazardous chemicals, petrochemicals, and vegetable oils; LPG supply chain solutions from import and cryogenic storage to distribution via cylinders, bulk deliveries, and autogas retail outlets serving domestic, commercial, industrial, and automotive customers; supply chain management including product planning, sourcing, shipping, storage, dispatch, and handling; LPG installation and interfuel conversion services; propane and butane supply; and LPG appliances like cooktops, pressure cookers, and accessories. The company maintains a joint venture with Royal Vopak through Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd. (AVTL), which listed on BSE and NSE in June 2025 following a successful IPO and received a Rs 502.5 crore framework agreement in November 2025 from AVTL for developing a greenfield terminal at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) featuring 77,286 MT LPG storage, 318,100 cbm liquids, and a 35,000 MT LPG bottling plant; recent expansions include commissioning a 82,000 MT cryogenic LPG terminal and 75,230 m3 liquid terminal at Mangalore in 2025 alongside a 101,900 m3 greenfield liquid terminal at JNPA; ongoing projects feature cryogenic LPG tanks at Pipavav, ammonia storage developments, and land allotments at Mumbai, Kandla, and additional Mangalore plots for further tank farms; in October 2025, it approved selling a 51% stake in subsidiary Hindustan Aegis LPG Limited for Rs 701.61 crore and acquiring stakes in related entities; AVTL expanded Haldia operations via LPG storage acquisition set for completion by January 2026.
