iShares 1-10 Year U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF is an exchange-traded fund of iShares Trust that seeks to track the investment results of the Bloomberg Intermediate US Aggregate Index, a subset of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Index. The fund provides exposure to U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade fixed-income securities with remaining effective maturities primarily between one and 10 years, including U.S. Treasury securities; U.S. government-related and agency bonds; investment-grade corporate bonds; asset-backed securities; commercial mortgage-backed securities; and mortgage pass-through securities. The fund employs an indexing investment approach and generally uses representative sampling to seek investment results corresponding to its underlying index before fees and expenses. Its shares trade on NYSE Arca under the ticker AGGM and are intended for individual and institutional investors seeking intermediate-duration, broad U.S. investment-grade bond-market exposure through a single listed security. The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors and sponsored within the iShares ETF platform, a BlackRock, Inc. investment-management business headquartered in New York, New York; the predecessor fund commenced operations on January 5, 2007. Effective on or around September 1, 2026, the fund undergoes a significant repositioning from the iShares Government/Credit Bond ETF, formerly traded under ticker GBF, to the iShares 1-10 Year U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF under ticker AGGM; the change includes adoption of the Bloomberg Intermediate US Aggregate Index as the underlying benchmark, an expanded eligible universe to include securitized investment-grade fixed-income securities, a revised investment objective focused on one- to 10-year maturities, and a reduction in the management fee to 0.03% from 0.20%.
